"I am not my..." Pt.1 (ages 9 and 10)

Are you beautiful? How do you define your beauty? In this self-love check-in, girls ages 9 and 10 will evaluate these questions and more. There are two 90-minute sessions. Part 1 of 2 focuses on accepting one's own physical appearance and defining beauty. This seminar features interactive hands-on exercises and self-evaluations. While allowing participants to share personal experiences, the seminar will examine beauty standards, the impact of media and social media, and negative vs. positive self-talk.
