"I am not my..." Pt. 2 (ages 11 and 12)

Service Description

Are you beautiful? How do you define your beauty? This self-love check-in allows girls ages 11 and 12 to evaluate these questions and more. This session is part two of two 90-minute sessions that focus on accepting one's own physical appearance and defining beauty. This seminar features interactive hands-on exercises and self-evaluations. While allowing participants to share personal experiences, the seminar will examine beauty standards, the impact of media and social media, and negative vs. positive self-talk.
